About the job

You would be working with a small group of hard-working people on maintaining and improving residential and small commercial sites throughout the metro Denver area though most are on the northwest side of town near our location in NW Arvada. We do garden care, lawn mowing and small landscape projects.

We are looking for one or two hard-working, self-motivated people. This can be a full-time year-round position or part-time depending on what you are looking for. Ideally, you have done this type of work before and love it. If not, we would still be willing to talk with you if this sounds like the type of job you have been looking for.

Pay Rate:

Our current team members make from $16 to $26/hour based on their skills, experience, responsibility and productivity as compared to their co-workers. Your pay rate is determined by your co-workers, not some preset schedule. If you can do what they do, you will be paid the same. If you cannot, you can see and learn what you need to be able to do to make more.

Requirements:

• some history of enjoying doing hard outdoor type work
• reliable transportation or way to get to and from our shop outside Arvada
• be reliable and on time every day
• 3 or more references from recent employers

Preferred:

• valid driver's license and good driving record
• some previous landscape maintenance, horticulture or construction experience
• ability to safely drive a truck with attached trailer
• experience with safe small equipment operation - mowers, tillers, power tools, etc.
• supervisory and site management experience
